Many clients thank us after hearings, police station visits or at the end of their case. However, it is lovely when they take the time to either write or telephone in not only to thank those who represented them but also the other staff in the practice who provide an invaluable role ensuring that cases progress smoothly and clients’ needs are met. In the past month a number of clients have taken the time to contact us to do this. It shows we are providing the high level of service we aim to achieve in every case and continues to motivate us all.
