Alistair Evans

Alistair has over 30 years’ experience as a Solicitor having qualified in 1991. He is a Duty Solicitor and a Higher Court Advocate. Alistair spent a number of years Prosecuting at a senior level and has now been a Criminal Defence Solicitor for over 15 years. He has experienced all types of criminal work but particularly specialises in Road Traffic Law having dealt with thousands of such cases and has a considerable amount of local knowledge. Alistair primarily works in the Magistrates Court where he is a highly respected Advocate with a legally technical mind and a passion for his clients. His legal knowledge and his experience having both prosecuted and defended make him an impressive Advocate. Alistair has spent many years developing and training younger members of the team on the complexities of Criminal Law.
