Dan is an integral part of the criminal defence team. Since qualifying in 2008 he has qualified as a Duty Solicitor and a Higher Court Advocate, and he has developed his knowledge in all aspects of criminal law. He is experienced at all levels of the Criminal Justice System from police station Interviews to crown court trials. Dan primarily deals with large Crown Court trials dealing with all offences including Murder and serious Sex cases. Dan has an excellent record with many successes in very difficult cases. Clients benefit from his ability to translate the law and bring a no-nonsense approach to the assessment of the evidence enabling them to understand allegations completely. This is invaluable in allowing informed decisions to be made regarding the conduct of any individual case. He has an unflappable approach when dealing with exceptionally complex cases, his legal knowledge is excellent, he is tactically wise beyond his years and all this with an ability to communicate effectively with clients, so they feel heard and understood.
