David Swingler

David qualified in 2000 as a Solicitor and quickly became a Duty Solicitor. He has a vast range of experience covering every aspect of the Criminal Law which results in a large number of cases being referred to him directly. David spends most of his time as a Magistrates Court trial Advocate, he has an exceptional grasp of the intricacies of Criminal Law and specifically trial Advocacy which is what he is best at. He has an ability to see the finest detail in a case and use it to the client’s advantage. He can deconstruct cases to find the best legal arguments and tactical approaches to any case. David has always worked on the basis that there is no such thing as an unwinnable trial and his results make that clear.  After almost a quarter of a century in Criminal Defence his passion for Justice remains immeasurable. He remains an outspoken Advocate for our clients.
