James is a Barrister, and he has always specialised in criminal law. He has literally done everything having cross qualified as a solicitor in 2003, he became a Duty Solicitor and ran his own Firm for 12 years, before returning to the Bar in 2015. Since that time James predominantly appears in Crown Courts in the Midlands dealing with every type of case imaginable from Murder to Serious Sexual Offending to Large Scale Drugs Conspiracies. There is nothing which is beyond the expertise of James, he is an astute tactician and trial Advocate who is approachable and personable leaving clients feeling confident that their case is handled with exceptional care by a robust Advocate. He has achieved many successes throughout his career and continues to be a popular Advocate instructed to deal with cases throughout the Country.
