John Whiston

John qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and his interest has always been criminal law. He is a Duty Solicitor and a High Court Advocate. John has worked for a number of organisations, however, was a partner of R.J. Osborne and has remained a key member of the team through to its development into Carter Osborne. John has dealt with every case imaginable from murder to road traffic and has dealt with many thousands of motoring cases. He has regularly represented clients in the police station and the court, although he prefers the intensity of the police station and spends most of his time there. John primarily deals with advising clients at the police station, he has a sharp mind, extensive legal knowledge and is tactically astute which has resulted in an exceptional reputation within the local Criminal Justice System.
