Michelle Fraiser

Michelle qualified in 1998 and was one of the original driving forces behind Carter Osborne. She is a Duty Solicitor and a Higher Court Advocate. Her years of experience representing clients at all levels of the Criminal Justice System have resulted in a colourful and notable career. Michelle has dealt with every type of case; we believe she has been the Litigator on the highest number of murders of any solicitor in this county. Her experience varies from the empathy and guidance provided to clients at the Police Station through to managing caseloads and Kings Counsel in the Crown Court and beyond. The number of cases she has dealt with number in their thousands with such a wide range from murder to motoring. Michelle has always enjoyed the challenge of Criminal Law and has thrived in a very stressful area of Law. She has ensured that Carter Osborne maintained the highest standards of representation for its clients by ensuring that it was an efficient and effective firm. Michelle has been central in developing and training many of the younger solicitors in the county and includes both Andrew and Liam amongst them. Any client represented by Michelle is in the safest of hands, her experience and talent are well beyond her years.
