Neil Clark

Director and Duty Solicitor

Neil is one of the most experienced Criminal Defence Solicitors in the country, he qualified in 1980 and has worked in Criminal Defence throughout that time as a Duty Solicitor. Neil has dealt with every type of case and situation imaginable. He ran his own very successful Law Firm, specialising in both Criminal Law and Mental Health Law for many years and eventually merged with another Firm before moving to work with Carter Osborne. Neil has travelled throughout the Country representing clients at both Courts and Psychiatric facilities. He is a calming presence in the manic world of the Criminal Justice System but an extremely efficient and effective Trial Lawyer whose understated manner often leaves the Prosecution in disarray. Neil greatly enjoys his work and still attends the Police Station at all times of the day and night. It is this extensive experience that makes Neil an effective trainer within Carter Osborne, passing on skills and knowledge to create a generation of Solicitors with high standards that meet his own.
